1. Acceptance
These terms form a binding agreement between you and GentleTreat. Continued use of the service after we post updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Virtual digital goods only
GentleTreat provides virtual, digital entertainment only. All purchases, unlocks, and in-app interactions are digital experiences displayed on your device.
- No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
- No real-world services (medical, therapeutic, coaching, financial, or otherwise) are provided.
- Content is for entertainment and light self-care vibes — not professional advice of any kind.
3. Treat Credits & payments
Treat Credits are a virtual currency used within GentleTreat micro-apps. When you pay real money to acquire Treat Credits, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use those credits inside our digital experiences.
Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. GentleTreat does not store full payment card details on our servers.
No refunds on virtual currency. Except where required by applicable law, all sales of Treat Credits and digital content are final. Virtual currency and digital items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or physical goods.
4. Tips
Optional tips are voluntary contributions to support the creator. Tips are not payment for goods or services and do not entitle you to any deliverable, perk, or obligation from GentleTreat.
5. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account, purchase Treat Credits, or send tips. By using GentleTreat, you represent that you meet this requirement.
6. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse wallet or payment systems.
- Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes.
- Impersonate others or share accounts in ways that violate these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks the service, other users, or our legal compliance.
7. Entertainment “as is”
GentleTreat is offered as-is for casual entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any experience will meet your personal expectations. Digital content may change, rotate, or be retired over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GentleTreat and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to GentleTreat in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) ten US dollars ($10), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Right to modify the service
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of GentleTreat — including features, micro-apps, pricing, virtual items, and these Terms — at any time. Where reasonable, we will try to communicate material changes; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
